Check engine light was OFF before oil change was started but after oil change check engine light came ON. It seems there was a issue on how filter was re-installed. The service provider didnt even bother to make sure the filter installation was correct. I have concerns on accuracy of any service performed and definitely wont go back.

Nothing but great things to say about my experience here. They were willing to change my brake pads on short notice at the end of the day and were all so kind. They were also very thorough and answered all the questions I had, 10/10 would recommend.

First time at this location. The staff was very friendly and helpful, informative but not pushy to upsell. The work on my vehicle was done quickly and effectively. I’ll be a return customer.

My experience was very good. Just surprised that a labor fee of $20 is added. I was told they are not in the union to charge labor fees. I never saw that before.

Christian and the team Do an amazing job, and are very reasonable with pricing. If you have a problem they will make sure it is fixed. Great customer service! They take the time to explain what the problem is and what the plan and pricing will be to fix it. Thank you once team for you great customer service!!!

The Vernon Hills Jiffy Lube is the best around. I live closer to the Barrington location, but it isn't as good. As a woman, I never feel pressure to overspend on anything that's not necessary. The service tech will make suggestions and educate me to come up with an action plan for my vehicle's maintenance.

I had an excellent experience at this jiffy lube location! The people were welcoming & kind. The man behind the counter explained everything very clearly and was patient with my questions. They all seemed very happy & positive. It was a great experience & I will definitely go out of my way to go back to that location.

Danny who I met last year was knowledgeable and took his time to make sure I was satisfied with my vehicle. He set me up to come back and introduced me to the entire staff who were very friendly. I'm so grateful to have found Jiffy Lube and the entire staff in Vernon Hills.
